Our manufacturing is vertically integrated. From planning and design we can build entire systems and components in house. Beside the mechanical construction, we also do the electric setup as well as the software programming of our system solutions. Our shop floor offers excellent conditions for serial production. Whether it is a build-to-print activity or a SEMPA solution, we are your manufacturing partner for highest purity systems and components.

• Build to print
  You have a detailed drawing of a gas box, VMB or welding figures. We get it done – timely and in budget.
• Special Projects
  Whether you require complex gas or liquid distribution, innovative solutions for delivering gases or chemicals to point of use including dosing, mixing or evaporation we are your partner. We analyze with you in detail the requirements and find the right solution for your challenge.
• OEM build ins
  Process tools have limited space available. We plan and design gas boxes, panels, evaporizers, mixing stations or any other kind of gas/chemical components perfectly to the requirements of your process tool.
• Retrofits
  We can bring older systems to state-of-the-art technology. We help you finding a cost optimized upgrade or refit of your system.

SEMPA is not only supplying all its products and services globally, we are also looking world wide for new parts, equipment and novel solutions. We do furthermore seek intense relationships to key suppliers for improved products and supply synergies.
