§ 1 Information on the Collection of Personal Data

1. In the following, we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, email addresses, user behavior.

3. When you contact us by email, the data you provide (your email address, possibly your name and your telephone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this context as soon as storage is no longer necessary, or restrict processing if there are statutory retention obligations.
4. If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail below about the respective processes. We will also specify the defined criteria for the storage period.

1. To use various functions on our website, we use JavaScript code from CloudFlare Inc., 665 3rd St. 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When accessing corresponding content, your browser transmits personal data to CloudFlare Inc. § 5 Email Contact via Our Website

1. Our website offers the possibility to contact us electronically via email or a contact form. If you use this function, the personal data you provide will be stored solely for processing your request or contacting you. This data will not be passed on to third parties.

§ 6 Use of Google Analytics

1. This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of the website. § 7 Integration of Google Maps

1. This website uses Google Maps. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to conveniently use the map function.
2. By visiting our website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage. In addition, the data specified in Section 3 of this policy is transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in, or whether no user account exists. § 8 Shariff Solution

1. We offer you the option of using so-called "social media buttons" on our website. To protect your data, we use the "Shariff" solution for their implementation.    The use of Shariff is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR) in integrating social media buttons for the purpose of visibility and communication with interested parties, while ensuring the lawfulness of this integration. Personal data is processed via the social media buttons only after you have given your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR using the Shariff solution.

Use of SalesViewer® technology:

This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH on the basis of the website operator’s legitimate interests (Section 6 paragraph 1 lit.f GDPR) in order to collect and save data on marketing, market research and optimisation purposes.

In order to do this, a javascript based code, which serves to capture company-related data and according website usage. The data captured using this technology are encrypted in a non-retrievable one-way function (so-called hashing). The data is immediately pseudonymised and is not used to identify website visitors personally

The data stored by SalesViewer® will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and there are no legal obligations to retain them.
